Google Forms
Google Forms is one of the most powerful and easiest to use form creation software around today. And all you need is a Gmail account to access it! Send out surveys, created test/quizzes or use it to capture data out in the field!
One of the BEST features of Forms is all the responses are AUTOMATICALLY entered in to a Google Sheet, which can be downloaded to Excel! That means you won’t have to manually enter in the data!
